A few weeks ago, Buckley London generously sent me some bits and pieces from their collection to try out. As a lover of jewellery, I happily obliged, and thought I would give you a little review about what I thought of them, seeing as it is so close to Mothers Day, or even get a special treat yourself. I’ll also add, I have bought some new camera equipment that I’m still getting use to, so if these pictures look a little strange, I’m just having a little learning curve, so stick with me 🙂
So first up is the one carat stud earrings*. I have my ears pierced, but for some reason I just never wear earrings. However since I have started again, I have received so many compliments and comments about me looking different, I didn’t think it was going to be such a change. These have a beautiful clear stone, that really catches the light, and are easily transitional between a daytime or nighttime look.
Secondly are these stack bracelets*. Now a bit of a controversial opinion, but I am a strictly silver kind of girl. I have a beautiful Tag Heuer watch, so I like to wear simple silver jewellery to go with it. But I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of these, and how well the rose gold and grey go with it. The only thing I am not keen on is the heart on the grey one, it looks a little tacky to me, but each to their own.
Finally, I felt the need to hum along to the Strictly Come Dancing tune when I saw this, as I’m sure they all wear them! It really is beautiful, and when Poppy Day rolls around, you can bet I will be wearing this with pride. Gathering a little bit of information I found out that Buckley was one of the first jewellery brands to work in close partnership with The Royal British Legion to create this diamond poppy*. Celebrities such as Angelina Jolie and Fearne Cotton have also been seen sporting one, so if it’s good enough for them, why not get one yourself!
Overall, I’m really happy with my little Buckley haul. I’m always a little dubious when it is a brand that I have never heard of before, but with so much experience under their belts you can’t really go wrong. Certain members of my family already want their own diamond poppy, and I think it’s great to show your support in such a stylish way.
What is your favourite pick from my Buckley Haul? I think mine is the Poppy.

Thanks for your comment Holly 🙂 I love my earrings, I’m wearing them right now, very understated xxx
I’ve never heard of this brand before however I think I’ll defonately be asking for a diamond poppy what a beautiful way to show support!
Isn’t it, I’m always going through so many of the paper poppies (not that I mind, it’s for a fantastic cause after all), so it’s nice having something that will last a bit longer xxx
I love the stackable bracelets I think the concept of being able to wear one to accompany an outfit or all of them to make a statement is genius
They are adorable, and such a good quality xxx
Thanks for the blog Courtney I do have to agree with your view on the heart pendant looking a little tacky however I think the other items are very stylish yet understated and I’d be thrilled to have any of the above.
