If you follow me on Twitter, you’ll know I’m a little obsessed with taking pictures of my Pug Reggie, I mean, can you blame me? Have you seen his little face! So you can imagine my excitement when the lovely folk at Cheerz contacted me asking if I’d like to try out one of their Photo Albums*.
I have turned into a crazy person this past month. I have reigned in spending on myself (well, slightly) in favour for buying the world for my little pooch. I can’t resist going in Pets at Home or Jolleys and not coming out with a bag full of treats, but I’ve been browsing the web and have decided on a few things that I will be ordering up when he’s slightly bigger.
The sun has been shining, my scarf and gloves have been put away (maybe only temporarily, but a girl can dream) and I’ve had a refresh of my house. I feel like Spring has well and truly sprung in Essex, and that means I can now get excited about putting together my new season wardrobe!
I’ve been camping twice in my life, once for a school trip in year 9 to Mersea, the other with a bunch of friends in a field behind my house. Both times I was massively ill-prepared and left with a bitter taste in my mouth about camping. I deemed it as not for me and moved on. But recently, whilst trawling through Pinterest I realised just how beautiful it could be!
Transitioning from Valentines Day in my last post, I felt like I’ve neglected one of the most loved UK holidays that is Pancake Day *Tues 9th February*! But these aren’t your regular run of the mill pancakes, these are my posh pancakes (namely because I finally have a Kitchenaid, & you can bet your bottom dollar I’m going to use it at every opportunity!)
I’ve been with Matt for about 7 years now, that’s 7 Valentines Days that I have had to think of something outside the box. And truth be told, I’m not the worlds greatest fan of Valentines, although I am a big fan of receiving flowers so I’ve been on the hunt to find him a memorable present.
Well, it looks like the winter weather is showing no signs of slowing down just yet. So it has got me thinking about ways to stay warm and cosy, but not have to look like a bundled up marshmallow at the same time!
I tell you one of the best things about having your own house, decorating for Christmas! Now I have always been a big fan of Christmas, one of those people who’s festivities start as soon as Halloween is over, but that feeling has multiplied tenfold now I get to decorate my own home.
